Prearranged Conference Visits

APPOINTMENT PURPOSE

Prearranged “ill” visits or Conference Visits are intended to either address or follow up on chronic health concerns.

Please be tactful and respectful when discussing areas of emotional or behavioral trouble your child is experiencing while the child is present. We try to remain as positive as possible during children’s visits.

SCHEDULING

Given the high demand for appointments in our practice, to reserve an ideal time for your schedule, we ask that you notify our office as early as possible in advance.
