Beginning Monday, October 5, all patients will be seen at our new location:
We are overjoyed with our new office and so excited to share it with you!
A few features of our new space:
Everything on one floor! Our entire team will now be together on one floor, making visits easier and more convenient for the entire Carine Pediatrics family.
19 exam rooms. Our expanded number of exam rooms will help ease wait times and allow us to better serve our families.
Designated infant exam and waiting area. Our new space includes a separate entrance, waiting area, and exam space specifically designed for our youngest patients. See additional details below.
Expanded store area. Our larger retail space will provide a better and more convenient shopping experience for families.
Relaxed, café-style waiting room. A comfortable and welcoming space for families while they wait.
Easy access to 315. Our new location will make travel easier for many of our families. We also have a traffic light at our entrance to make arriving and leaving safer and more convenient.
A fresh, welcoming interior. Our new office features a refreshing interior design while maintaining our commitment to art, quality furnishings, and creating a comfortable environment for even our most timid patients.
Below, you will find a map of our new location. There will be signage directing you to parking, so please follow the signs as you arrive.
Introducing Our New Nest Entrance
Our new Nest Entrance is specifically designed for babies under 6 months old and their adult caregivers. It features a separate waiting room and check-in desk, along with quiet, soothing spaces designed with our newest babies—and tired parents—in mind.
To use the Nest Entrance, families will need to come with their infant child only. We have found that parents can sometimes have difficulty focusing on the needs of their new baby during appointments when preschool-aged siblings come along. Children at this age naturally need and desire their parents' attention.
When possible, and for the best appointment experience, we recommend arranging for someone to care for preschool-aged siblings during your infant's appointment. We understand that this will not always be possible, and that is completely fine! If siblings need to come along, we will simply have your family check in through the main entrance.
This dedicated infant area will also help reduce our youngest patients' exposure to the germs and illnesses that our older patients naturally encounter.
New Food Policy
Our new office will no longer allow food to be brought into the building.
Safety and cleanliness are our priorities. Between food-related messes and potential food allergens, we feel strongly that keeping our office food-free will provide a cleaner and safer environment for all of our patients.
Infant bottles are always welcome. Infants under 1 year of age may, of course, have their bottles, and spill-free cups are welcome for children of all ages.
Plan ahead for your visit. We know this will be a change for many families. If your child may need a meal or snack, please feed them before entering the office. We also recommend bringing books, toys, or other activities to keep your children entertained during their visit.

As we make this final transition, we appreciate your patience with any hiccups that may arise. We will have limited office visits on Friday, October 2, and our phones and Wi-Fi will only be available during the first half of the day.
Please use email or the patient portal to reach us Friday afternoon. As always, our on-call provider will be available for emergencies only over the weekend.
